RallyWhen connects tennis players through individual match requests. You do not create a player account.

What is public

Your first name, optional last initial, tennis level, preferred venue, session type, date, start time, and requested guest level range appear on the board after you confirm your email.

What stays private

Email addresses and phone numbers are stored in encrypted private records. A player confirms control of their email for each post or claim. Phone numbers are not verified. Only your chosen contact methods are shared with your confirmed partner. They appear on the confirmation screen and in booking emails. We do not store conversations you have outside the app.

Email and storage providers

This app uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and database storage. The organizer’s configured Resend account sends transactional confirmation, management, booking and cancellation emails. Resend receives the recipient address and email content, including selected partner contact details for booking receipts.

Retention and access

Private session records, capability links, reports, and email payloads are removed 30 days after the session start during routine app maintenance. Unconfirmed post drafts expire after one hour and are removed after one day. A guest hold expires after 10 minutes. Email-provider records may follow the provider’s own retention policy. The organizer can review reports and delivery errors. No advertising trackers or marketing emails are used.

Private links and removal

Keep emailed confirmation and management links private. Anyone possessing an active link can perform its scoped action. Canceling closes future access, but contact details already shared cannot be recalled. To request removal, contact the organizer below. If email setup is still pending, use the removal-request form.
