Terms of use

RallyWhen helps adults arrange tennis hitting sessions and singles matches. By posting or claiming, you agree to these terms.

Arrange your own play

A request is an invitation to play, not a court reservation. You and your partner arrange court access, any facility fees, equipment and other details directly. Tennis levels are self-reported. The organizer does not verify identity, playing ability or phone numbers, and does not guarantee a player will attend.

Use the board respectfully

Use accurate information, post only sessions you intend to attend, and cancel promptly if plans change. Do not spam, impersonate someone, harass players or share another player’s contact details publicly. Reports may lead to a request being removed.

Contact exchange

Confirming a guest claim fills the spot and shares each participant’s selected email and/or phone with the other. Contact details already shared cannot be recalled. Confirmation links expire; management links are private and apply only to the relevant request.

Availability and changes

The service may be paused or unavailable. Sessions expire at their start time. There are no payments, memberships, internal messages or player profiles in this version. Please read the privacy notice before submitting contact information.
